Refund policy
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products but in case of rare /unfortunate case of our product having any manufacturing defect that may have gone unnoticed in such cases we offer exchange/ refund/ replacement for the same
Return and Exchange accepted only in case of defective /damaged or wrongly delivered product if reported with in 24 hours of receiving the product a picture or video may be requested of the received product by us to understand/ resolve /address the raised concern. On delivery if you find a package is damaged or tampered kindly return it back to the delivery agent and inform us on the contact no. mentioned under contact details,if you choose to accept the tampered package it will be assumed you received the package in good condition and any complaint raised in this regard will not be accepted.
*Items bought during flash sale cannot be exchanged or returned
*Damage or Defect complaints will not be accepted if wash care instructions are not followed as these delicate items need proper care and storage
*If a fresh piece of the product in question is not available for exchange refund will be generated
*The return product should be unused unhampered and should be returned with original packaging and tags intact
*If the gift items sent with the product are not returned with the package an amount of Rs.250/- will be deducted from the total amount
*Returns and Exchange raised/ reported beyond the mentioned time frame (with in 24hrs of receiving the product) will not be accepted
*Upon receiving the returned /exchanged item Aaryahi Armoire reserves the rights to do the quality check before issuing the refund/ gift card
*Orders procured specially for you on demand or personally customized for you cannot be returned/exchanged
*Return orders are to be shipped by you personally by accurately mentioning our detail address along with the postal code mentioned under contact details.An amount of Rs.150/- will be added to your issued refund /gift card as reverse shipping charges
*Product which gets damaged while trying return/exchange of such orders will not be accepted as our products go through the sincere quality check process.
* In case of any minor irregularities are spotted in Hand loom /hand made/ hand painted and naturally dyed products such as paint spills or misprint they are not to be taken as defects in hand loom fabrics and shall be ignored this only validates that the product is genuine and it is hand painted, hand printed as hand crafted and hand painted/printed products may have human errors and it proves these are genuinely created products by our artisans.Hence returns/ exchange cannot be done of these products.
*In case by mistake a wrong order is created by you return / exchange will not be accepted
*Although we try to keep our products as realistic as possible maintaining their true nature and shade a Slight colour difference may appear due to screen resolution and lighting effects therefore there will always be slight colour variation return/ exchange will not be accepted for such reasons.
